Jackie Payne is a seasoned professional in organizational development and client relations with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Client Partner at FranklinCovey since April 2019, Jackie focuses on transforming organizations through exceptional leadership and cultural development. Prior to this, Jackie held the position of Director of Development at Augustana University, successfully securing over $1 million in annual gifts and managing a donor portfolio of 150 households.
