Emily Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emily started their career at Club Scientific Dallas as a Summer Camp Counselor in 2013. Later that year, they also worked as a Biometrics Volunteer at Pat Walker. In 2013, they also had a role as an Intern at the Private Practice of Lauren Jones Carroll, LCSW, and subsequently worked as a Research Assistant there in 2014.

In 2015, Emily joined Freese and Nichols as an Organizational Development Coordinator. Emily then transitioned to the role of Administrative Assistant II, which they held until 2017.

Moving forward, they joined FranklinCovey in 2017 as a Sales Assistant. Emily then took on the role of Inside Business Partner in 2018, where they collaborated with HR teams and business leaders to develop training programs and consulting solutions. Currently, they are working as a Global Client Engagement at FranklinCovey, responsible for various tasks such as client orders, invoicing, support, pipeline management, and global office coordination.
