Michelle Mezzetta has over two decades of experience in direct marketing and database administration within the casino and hospitality industry. Currently employed at Franklin since February 2018, Michelle previously worked as a Database Administrator at Hollywood Casino from November 2012 to January 2018. Prior roles include Direct Marketing Manager at Sam's Town Hotel (October 2005 - November 2012), Fitzgeralds Casino and Hotel (September 1998 - October 2005), and Hollywood Casino and Hotel (June 1994 - September 1998). In these positions, Michelle was responsible for pulling and segmenting lists for direct mail campaigns and overseeing the production of substantial mailings, averaging between 100,000 to 200,000 pieces monthly. Michelle holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
