William Campbell has a diverse and extensive work experience. William currently serves as the Head of Franklin School and Chair of the Franklin Foundation, as well as a member of the Dwight Schools Network Global Heads. Prior to their current position, they were a part of the Senior Leadership Team and the Director of Science and Head of Department Physical and Health Education at Dwight School.
Before joining Dwight School, William worked at Trinity Grammar School where they held multiple positions including Professional Learning Team Leader, Associate Director International Baccalaureate, Director of Rugby and Coaching, SEHS and PDHPE Master Teacher, and Acting Director International Baccalaureate.
William has also worked at the Australian College of Physical Education as the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Accreditation Executive and Head of Faculty Education.
In addition, William has been involved in the University leaders strategic planning forum as a member of the New South Wales Council of Deans of Education.
William Campbell completed a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership from the University of Wollongong in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Certificate of Religious Education in PDHPE from the Australian Catholic University in 2011. William'sinitial undergraduate education was in Education-PDHPE, earning a Bachelor's degree in Health Science-PDHPE from Western Sydney University in 2011.
