Jordan Peffer is currently the Deposit Operations and Data Operations Manager AVP at F&M Trust since May 2013. Prior to this, Jordan was the Retail Operations Manager and Training and Development Specialist. Before joining F&M Trust, Jordan worked at Susquehanna Bank as a Branch Operations Supervisor and at Graystone as a Culture Agent. Jordan has a Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has also completed the Advanced School of Banking program at Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
