Jackie Bliss is an accomplished executive in the energy sector with significant leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as President of Franklin Energy, Jackie has previously held strategic roles at Vicinity Energy, including Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Additional notable positions include Vice President and Head of Global Customers at Enel X, and Senior Director and General Manager of Energy Procurement at EnerNOC. Jackie began their career at National Grid as Director of Performance Excellence in the US Natural Gas Business. Jackie holds a Master of Public Administration in Energy Policy and Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
