Everette Stratton possesses extensive experience in sales, inventory, and operations planning, currently serving as SIOP Director for the Americas and APAC at Franklin Electric since April 2017. Stratton has successfully managed Demand Planners, implemented MRP/DRP processes across global facilities, and established effective supply planning methodologies. Previous roles include leading SIOP in the US/Canada/Central America region, where significant improvements in on-time delivery and inventory management were achieved. Prior experience encompasses demand planning, business analysis, and a managerial position in retail, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
