Sharon Tuttle has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Business & Finance at Franklin County Public Schools in Rocky Mount, VA since July 1999. In this role, Tuttle oversees payroll for approximately 1,500 employees, manages benefits administration, and assists the Finance Director in budget preparation and financial reporting while supervising a team of three. Previous positions include Finance Manager for the County of Roanoke and Director of Accounting at Roanoke College. Tuttle holds a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Roanoke College, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Virginia Western Community College.
