Kaley James, MBA, has extensive experience in business development and graphic design, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Franklin Corporation since August 2016. In this role, responsibilities include organizing and designing production-ready artwork, managing creative approvals, and overseeing project timelines for market exhibitions. Prior positions include Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and Creative Project Manager at Franklin Corporation, as well as Graphic Operations and Web Manager at Loxy, where graphic work for screen printing production was overseen. Kaley's career began as a Graphic Designer at Sports Center and JC Graphics. Kaley holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the same institution, completed in 2013.
