Ayan Mursal is a skilled Behavioral Therapist with extensive experience in delivering behavior modification therapy to children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum. Currently employed at Franklin Center since June 2020, Ayan develops individualized treatment and behavior plans tailored to client needs. Previous experience at Minnesota Autism Center from August 2018 to May 2020 involved conducting therapeutic sessions and enhancing client safety and independence through Applied Behavior Analysis. Ayan began working as a Care Specialist at CARE in July 2014, providing person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Ayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Catherine University, earned in December 2022.
