Cynthia S. has extensive experience in vocational training and finance, currently serving as a Vocational Trainer at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since February 2004, where responsibilities include end-to-end trainee mentoring and skills management. In previous roles, Cynthia has designed and deployed seminars focused on project management, communication, and social competency, and successfully organized a major training project for 16,000 employees. Additional experience includes working as a Specialist Adviser for Leisure and Fitness at Calimera, and as a self-employed web designer. Cynthia holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from the International School of Management, a degree in Banking from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and training as a Leisure and Fitness Specialist from EAA.
