Ritu Agarwal is an experienced professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Customer Care at Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited since October 2021, where responsibilities include testing training materials and auditing customer queries. Prior to this, Ritu held the position of Senior Associate Manager in Branch Operations at HDFC Life from August 2018 to June 2020, focusing on customer service and resolution of complaints. Ritu also worked as a Senior Financial Service Manager in Bankassurance at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from July 2015 to August 2018, providing financial solutions to HNI customers.
