William Startzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax and business valuation. Since November 1984, William has served as a partner at Frankel Zacharia LLC, where William was formerly in charge of the Tax Department and is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to this, William held the position of Tax Manager at Deloitte Haskins & Sells from January 1978 to November 1984. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing studies from 1973 to 1977.
