Paul Staisiunas is an experienced tax professional specializing in business tax and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at FLSV LLP since August 2023, Paul has previously held managerial roles at PwC and Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on M&A tax and global transaction tax. Paul began their career in tax at EY as an Associate in M&A Tax. Paul holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from Marquette University Law School, and a BA from the University of Chicago.
