Joël Sidler is an experienced professional in customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Franke Group since January 2022. In addition to this role, Joël Sidler has been a lecturer at SIW - Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft und Informatik AG since August 2020 and the Founder of Sidler Solutions since March 2005. Previous positions include Sales Manager and Principal Consultant at DIGITALL from July 2021 to January 2022 and from 2017 to 2021, respectively, as well as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at ec4u expert consulting ag. Joël Sidler also held consultancy roles at Alegri International Group, Nomasis, 3M, Prime Vision AG, and Maxomedia. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Transformation from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and a Diploma in Business Informatics from WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien.
