Frank, a pioneer in the Professional Employer Organization industry, is the owner and CEO of FrankCrum. The company began back in 1981 as a staffing company and evolved over time into a PEO. FrankCrum now offers professional employer services to thousands of businesses. Whether the company is large or small, FrankCrum provides payroll and tax solutions, workers’ compensation insurance, employee benefits, HR support, risk management and compliance guidance and commercial insurance. Frank believes strongly in inspiring others and does so through his leadership in both the professional world and the community. FrankCrum hosts an annual golf tournament benefiting Trinity Cafe, whose mission is to “restore a sense of dignity to the homeless and hungry while serving a nutritious meal.” He has a special passion for sports, particularly football. Frank is also the co-owner of Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch along with his wife, Brenda.
