William Pokorny is a Partner at Franczek P.C., where since March 2006, representation of public and private employers has been conducted across state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Areas of expertise include equal employment opportunity, disabilities, wage and hour law, FMLA, privacy, employment contracts, and non-competition agreements. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP from March 2003 to March 2006 and at McDermott, Will & Emery from October 2001 to March 2003. William Pokorny earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School between 1998 and 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Augustana College from 1994 to 1998.
