Ryan Romich joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2021 and is an Operating Advisor with a focus on Sales and Revenue Operations.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners Consulting, Ryan was a Senior Manager at Salesforce where he led Go-To-Market strategy and operations, focusing on accelerating growth, developing recurring insights and driving enhanced business execution for the Service Cloud Portfolio. Prior to that, Ryan was at ClickSoftware where he led Global Sales Operations and was a key part of the transition from on premise to cloud/subscription and revamped the sales enablement programs. Ryan played a significant role in the due diligence efforts of the successful sale of ClickSoftware to Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM). Prior to Click, Ryan worked as a data analyst in Sales, Product and Marketing for software and finance companies.
