Jonathan Barlow joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2021 and is an Operating Advisor with a focus on Customer Success, Support and Professional Services.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners Consulting, Jonathan acted as Senior Director of Customer Success at Salesforce (formerly VP of CS at ClickSoftware). Here he developed the CS Vision, Mission, and Strategy, along with the delivery profiles required to implement a global, tiered CSM organization responsible for the Field Services solutions. Jonathan also established a global Escalation Management program, and implemented a VOC (Voice of the Customer) program that helped to define the company’s strategic priorities. Preceding his work at Salesforce, Jonathan held several customer-facing roles at Dell/EMC/RSA Security. There he was responsible for managing the Global Customer Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) business, accountable for a $125M annual revenue stream, and held responsibility for the global Value-Added Services portfolio delivery and growth strategy.
Jonathan has 23 years of Customer Success, Services, and Support experience in business-critical SaaS & OnPrem technology. He has a true passion for fostering solid customer relationships, developing and improving organizational strategy, as well as building high-performing teams centered around maximum customer experience.
