Dustin Adams, MBA, MHA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Physician Group & Ambulatory at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of Operations Manager at Baton Rouge General Physicians, Inc. from September 2017 to March 2019 and served as a Human Resource Business Partner and Analyst at Baton Rouge General Medical Center from June 2013 to September 2017. Dustin's career began in the US Navy as a Personnel Specialist from 2002 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from LSU Shreveport, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Troy University. Education was completed with a diploma from Vandebilt Catholic High School.
