Stephanie Henshaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and assurance services. Currently serving as a Partner and the head of Audit & Assurance at Francis Clark LLP since October 2008, Stephanie is responsible for delivering comprehensive audit and advisory services to a diverse client base, including small owner-managed businesses and AIM-listed companies. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at MHA from June 1994 to March 2012, initially as a Senior Technical Consultant and later as a Technical Partner, providing oversight on audit, accounting, and ethical compliance, and delivering finance-based training for non-accountants. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Kent.
