Jon Kvello is the current Director of Compliance at FranchiCzar. Jon has over twenty years of experience in the claims industry, working their way up from Claims Manager to Associate Director before taking on their current role. Jon has a background in Life, Accident, Premium Waiver, and Annuity Claims, and has served as a company representative and witness in two criminal trials.

During their time at Code Ninjas, Jon oversaw the Claims Intake and Financial Analysis Teams in Houston, TX, the Financial Analysis team in Nashville, TN, and the offshore support team in Manila, Philippines. Jon was responsible for Direct supervision of 12 staff with indirect oversight of 30+, and they reported financial results for the department paying in excess of 20,000 claims annually, totaling in excess of 2 Billion dollars. Jon reported to the Vice President of Claims.

During their time at Code Ninjas, Jon successfully worked with Lean Team to transition 6 + support processes to offshore resources resulting in excess of $100,000 in annual savings. Jon also successfully partnered with Financial Reporting teams to build monthly analysis reports used in speeding the closing cycle and reducing IBNR variance.

Jon Kvello has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Stephen F. Austin State University in the field of business administration and management.
