Maíra Saeger is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently employed at Franchetti Spa since October 2022, Maíra specializes in inspection, analysis, and predictive maintenance of infrastructures, utilizing CSiBridge software for FEM structural modeling and writing structural reports. Previously, Maíra worked as a Junior Civil Engineer at Habitte Engenharia, overseeing high-standard apartment renovations and managing various project aspects. Additionally, Maíra served as a Graduate Research Assistant at NUMATS, focusing on construction material characterization, and completed an internship at Odebrecht in quality assurance. Maíra's career also includes roles in project coordination and research, holding a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
