Allison Schultz is a proactive professional currently serving as Assistant Boutique Team Leader and Sales Leader at francesca’s® since November 2023. In addition, Allison has been a Spanish Tutor at the think tank since November 2021, providing personalized tutoring and creating tailored lesson plans for a diverse range of students. Previously, as a Recruiting Operations Specialist/Recruiter at Red Circle Technology Recruiting from June 2021 to October 2023, Allison implemented an innovative recruiting workflow and analyzed recruiter performance to enhance outreach and reduce bias. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2021, and has additional educational experience at CEGRÍ- International Centre of Higher Learning.
