Chalmel Benoit currently serves as the Directeur commercial at MENDES SOLAR since January 2024. Benoit has a diverse background in real estate, holding multiple roles such as Associé at CENTURY 21 INDARRA and CENTURY 21 PEY BERLAN, both since late 2018 and early 2019, respectively. Since 2012, Benoit has been the President of IDEE DE LIBERTE, focusing on real estate investment opportunities. Additionally, Benoit has been the Responsable principal at BCCC IMMOBILIER since May 2009 and the Gérant at CENTURY 21 VICTOIRE IMMOBILIER since 1996. In the equestrian domain, Benoit has ownership and participation stakes with France Galop and SECF LE TROT.
