Olaf Burki is currently the Directeur du développement commercial at FRANCE FRAIS since June 2023. Previously, Olaf served as Directeur développement et animation du réseau at Délice et Création - Groupe Pomona from January 2022 to June 2023, and held several key positions at DGF from March 2014 to June 2023, including Directeur Organisation et méthodes France, Directeur de Zone, and Directeur de filiale. Olaf's career also includes leadership roles at RibéPrim as Directeur général, overseeing a turnover of €20 million and managing 100 employees, and at Transgourmet as Directeur de site, responsible for regional operational management with €100 million in turnover and 250 staff. Prior experience includes important roles at BOURBON, where Olaf managed a cash & carry network with significant figures, and Carrefour, directing a Promocash store. Earlier in the career, Olaf was the Directeur général at La Table de Cana Paris-Antony, focusing on economic integration and event catering.
