Jen Wang, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Framework, focusing on innovative consumer electronics that prioritize sustainability. Previously, Wang held multiple leadership roles at thredUP from November 2018 to October 2023, culminating in the position of VP Product & Growth, where responsibilities included overseeing product strategy, UX design, and growth marketing. An alumnus of Stanford University, where Wang earned a PhD in behavioral science with a minor in psychology, expertise encompasses mixed methods research, sustainability, and data science. Significant contributions include co-founding the Stanford Environment & Behavior group and delivering educational initiatives at Stanford and beyond. Other experiences include roles at the Natural Resources Defense Council and The World Bank, enhancing expertise in environmental policy and effective communication.
