Matthew Ward has extensive experience in the technology and live entertainment industries, currently serving at Fuse Technical Group as a part of the Emerging Technologies team since March 2022. As Head of Product at Superlumenary LLC since June 2012, Matthew focuses on display technology and real-time control systems to enhance the interaction between designers and audiences. Matthew co-founded frame:work in April 2020, a community initiative aimed at supporting live entertainment video professionals. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Technologist at WorldStage from February 2016 to February 2022 and was a founding partner at Tekamaki from February 2002 to February 2016. Matthew also founded Element Labs, a leader in LED video technology, and served as Director of Technology at Creative Technology North America from 1991 to 2001. Matthew holds a BA in Theater, Concert Production, and Sociology from Hampshire College, completed in 1991.
