Esme Agilar serves as the Membership & Development Manager at Frameline, where responsibilities include managing membership and donor relations and contributing to long-range asset-building strategies. Previously, Esme held various roles at The Entrust Group, advancing from Administrative Assistant to Administrative Team Manager, overseeing administrative operations and supporting executive needs. Additional experience includes project coordination at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability, and bookkeeping and collections support at Berkeley Student Cooperative. Esme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies with a minor in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Women and Gender Studies from San Francisco State University.
