Dillon Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Dillon is currently working as a DFIR Partner and Founder at Security Research Group, where they specialize in incident response. Prior to this, they were a Senior Threat Detection & Response Engineer at Frame.io. Dillon also founded LaunchZero, a hyper-secure dApp platform that includes a cross-chain launchpad, NFT marketplace, social media features, and creator tools. Dillon has also worked as a DevSecOps Solutions Engineer at Adobe. Earlier in their career, Dillon held the role of Sr Consultant in Incident Response at Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company, and served as a Manager in Incident Response at Cyber Guards USA. Dillon gained significant experience while working in the US Navy, where they held various roles including Malware Analyst, Forensic Investigator, and Computer Forensic Analyst. Prior to the Navy, Dillon worked as a Network Security Analyst at the National Security Agency.

Dillon Johnson's education history includes completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Digital Forensics & Cyber Investigations from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2019 to 2021. Dillon also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Networks and Security from the same university from 2015 to 2019.

In 2021, Dillon also attended Code Platoon but did not receive a degree from that institution.
