Stephen Uppfalt is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in advanced CAD design and mechanical project support. As the owner of STU Engineering, LLC since November 2010, Stephen has catered to small manufacturers, providing critical mechanical support to a diverse clientele, including aviation machine shops and industrial distributors. In conjunction with this role, Stephen has also served as a lead mechanical design engineer and primary mechanical installation support engineer at Frakes Engineering, Inc. from November 2010 to the present. Prior experiences include engineering roles at Indy Custom Machine, Inc., Navistar Inc., Hagerman & Company, Rolls-Royce, and IPT, showcasing a strong background in both manufacturing engineering and software applications. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a certificate in Machine Trades Technology from Walker Career Center.
