Sophie Insley has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. Sophie began their career as an Analyst at PwC in June 2017. Later, they joined Fragomen, where they held various roles over the years. Sophie started as a Consultant in November 2017 and transitioned to a Paralegal position in January 2019. In September 2019, Sophie was promoted to an Immigration Consultant and then became a Senior Immigration Consultant in February 2020. Sophie further advanced to the role of Assistant Manager in November 2021 and currently serves as a Business Immigration Manager since June 2022.

Sophie Insley began their education at Queen's University Belfast in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern and Ancient History. Sophie completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. Subsequently, Sophie returned to Queen's University Belfast in 2015 to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Rights Law, specializing in the field of study of LLM. Sophie completed their master's degree in 2016.
