Damian Morse has a diverse work experience in the field of immigration law. Damian started their career in 2001 as an Immigration Paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, where they managed a personal caseload and assisted foreign nationals and human resource representatives in preparing nonimmigrant visa petitions. Damian also supervised an assistant paralegal and reviewed their work before finalization. Damian worked on a high-volume account for a Forbes "Top 20" multinational corporation, handling all nonimmigrant visa functions, including file intake, assigning casework, and reviewing paperwork for filing with USCIS. Damian also trained and hired new assistant paralegals, analyzed business processes, and ensured regulatory compliance. In 2007, Damian became the Immigration Section Support Manager at Mintz Levin, where they managed the support staff and provided assistance to the immigration section. Later, they returned to Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy as a Senior Paralegal, Supervising Paralegal, and eventually held the position of Client Services Manager.
