Jim Kieley is a seasoned SaaS executive and founder of JW Kieley & Associates, providing specialized fractional executive services since December 2020. Currently serving as a member of Fractionals United and as an advisory board member at ProjectionSmart, Kieley has held notable positions such as Fractional COO at WootRecruit and Community Benchmark, and has extensive experience from SPS Commerce where responsibilities included leading Customer Success and Global Operations. Prior to that, Kieley spent over a decade at Microsoft, advancing through roles that encompassed Services Practice Manager and Enterprise Strategy Consultant, earning recognition for outstanding achievements, including the Microsoft Circle of Excellence Award. Kieley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
