Jacob Lerma serves as the Marketing Manager at Fractal Design since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Product Manager at EKWB and EK Cooling Solutions from August 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed developing and executing product roadmaps, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs. Prior to that, Jacob worked as an Information Systems Supervisor at Six Flags from March 2018 to November 2019, managing hardware and software systems, providing technical support, and ensuring system security. Jacob holds an Associate of Applied Science in Customer Support Specialist and Network and System Administration from San Antonio College, earned between 2015 and 2019.
