Sushmita Chandra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Fractal since October 2021, Sushmita also holds dual roles at Amazon as Catalog Lead and Business Operations Specialist since March 2017. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Analyst at Optum and SRA at LimeTray. Sushmita began a career in the aerospace sector with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, focusing on the implementation of UART Protocol in the Mission and Combat System Research and Development Centre. Sushmita holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2016. Education was initiated at The Pentecostal Assembly School from 1995 to 2010.
