Tuyet Ngo has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and software engineering, currently serving as a Software Quality Engineer (SQE) at FPT Software since July 2019 and as a Software Quality Analyst (SQA) at Kobiton since November 2016. At Kobiton, a cloud-based platform for mobile device labs, Tuyet Ngo contributes to enhancing mobile app development by enabling real-time issue identification. Previously, at KMS Technology, Inc., Tuyet Ngo focused on the quality of healthcare reports through automation testing, managing test suites, and analyzing requirements to design automation test cases. Tuyet Ngo holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
