Julia McDowell serves as a Venture Partner at F-Prime Capital since October 2023, following a robust career in health care and public health. As General Manager of Care Delivery at Galileo from September 2021 to June 2023, Julia led efforts that resulted in a 37% reduction in hospital admissions and significant operational improvements. Prior experience at CVS Health included roles as Sr. Director of HealthHUBs and Director of Enterprise Strategy, where Julia was instrumental in launching 1,000 HealthHUB stores and developing strategic products post-Aetna acquisition. Julia's background also encompasses leadership at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where impactful family planning programs were established in multiple countries. Julia's academic credentials include a Master's in Public Health from Emory University, an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a BA with Honors from Brown University.
