Michele Goldstein is a Director based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office with a focus on Board and CEO succession-related client assignments. With an extensive technology background, Michele will also bring her expertise to the firm’s technology-related mandates.

With more than 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resource roles, Michele was most recently the Director of Recruiting for Sagence, Inc., a data-focused consulting firm. She is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.

In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, exploring the beaches of Lake Michigan, and taking walks with her dog Zoey.
