Heather Mallette serves as the Senior Director of Training & Development at FPI Management since January 2022, and operates as the President and Owner of Mallette Motivation since March 2014. As an Independent Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with Maxwell Leadership since December 2012, Heather has a diverse background in talent development, having previously worked at Greystar from November 2014 to January 2021, and at Riverstone Residential Group from January 2006 to November 2014 in various roles including National Director of Customer Experience. Prior to these positions, experience includes training and managerial roles at Trammell Crow Residential and Summit Property Management, as well as serving as an Associate Account Executive at Morgan Stanley. Heather is a graduate of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (2015) and has completed Dale Carnegie Training in public speaking (2001-2002) along with certification from The John Maxwell Team.
