Annika Ploom serves as the Chief HR Officer at Foxway Group since September 2020, previously holding the position of HR Director. Prior experience includes HR Department Manager at HANZA Group from August 2016 to July 2020, HR Manager at Cristella VT OÜ between October 2014 and August 2016, and HR Specialist at Ühinenud Farmid AS from October 2011 to November 2014. Annika Ploom holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tartu, obtained in 2011, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Management at the same university, starting in September 2022.
