Jesse Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in franchise ownership, sales, and operations. Currently serving as a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner, Operator, and Developer for Foxtail Coffee Co since January 2022, Jesse has previously held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Group Sales & Worksite Operations at Horace Mann from February 2023 to December 2024, and various positions at Aflac from November 2016 to August 2021, such as Territory Vice President and Vice President of Broker Solutions. Jesse also contributed as a Territory Sales Manager at Colonial Life from November 2010 to December 2016, leading 12 District Offices across Georgia and supporting over 150 independent agents.
