Inga Kuktiene serves as the Chief Compliance and Chief Risk Officer at Fintech since November 2023, overseeing compliance and risk management operations. Previously, Inga held the role of Chief Risk Officer at Payhawk, where responsibilities included developing a risk management framework and managing vendor risks. At SME Bank, Inga was instrumental in creating a comprehensive risk management framework and engaging with regulators. Additionally, Inga contributed as an independent member of the Audit Committee at Lithuanian Airports, as well as Chief Risk Officer at European Merchant Bank, where risk management strategies were implemented. Inga has extensive experience in internal audit roles at Citco Group Limited, Citadele Bankas Lietuvoje, AB Parex bankas, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on risk management, compliance, and auditing processes. Inga holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA in Service Management from Vilnius University.
