Elena Liski has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Substitute Teacher for Kasvatuksen ja koulutuksen toimiala. In 2010, they worked as an Event Assistant for Zabludowicz Collection. From 2013 to 2017, they held several roles at AIESEC, including Event Marketing Manager, President of the Board, Head of Marketing and Communications, and Brand Manager. In 2016, they were the Nordic Operations Manager for INDEFORM Ltd. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Web Manager for phil&teds and an Event Manager and Editorial Producer for Body Posi Suomi ry. In 2020, they were a Game Master for Trap Factory Finland and, from 2018 to 2022, they were a Project Manager and Head of Community in Finnish for Quora.

Elena Liski has a background in education that spans from 2011 to the present. Elena obtained a Food Hygiene Card from Elintarviketurvallisuusvirasto Evira in July 2011. Elena then attended Herttoniemen lukio, completing their high school education. In 2013, they began their studies at Malmö University, earning a degree in European Studies with a focus on Global Political Studies in 2016. Elena also obtained a Certificate for Communication Assignment from Malmö högskola in May 2014. Currently, Elena is enrolled at Lund University, pursuing a degree in Critical Animal Studies with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
