Barrie Golden currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of People at Fox Robotics, focusing on the development of autonomous forklifts. Previously, Barrie held the position of Head of People at aifleet, successfully scaling the organization from 50 to 200 employees in one year while enhancing multiple HR functions. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as a People Strategy & Organizational Development Leader, at Uber in People Strategy & Planning, and at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Strategy. Barrie's early career includes positions in business development and education. Barrie holds an MBA in Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Economics from McGill University.
