Sara Lessem is an accomplished Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving at FOX Rehabilitation since November 2021. Previously, Sara contributed to Equestrian Connection as Assistant To The Executive Director, where key initiatives included the development of an online database for client intake and the enhancement of waitlist processes. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from the same institution. Sara's practical experience encompasses a range of clinical rotations and fieldwork focused on rehabilitation for diverse populations, including those with spinal cord injuries and pediatric clients, as well as significant involvement in projects addressing unemployment in homeless individuals through a Doctoral Capstone project.
