Rik Vonk is an accomplished professional with a diverse background encompassing healthcare, technology, and entrepreneurship. As the Lead ServiceNow Engineer at Fox-IT since January 2023, Rik leads the setup and coordination of the ServiceNow team to create a primary platform for customer-facing and internal solutions within NCC Group. Prior to this role, Rik served as a Service Delivery Manager at RIVO Media and founded RIVO Ergonomics, recognizing the demand for ergonomic home office supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rik's earlier experience includes work as a physiotherapist at Fysiotherapie Jurgens and as a Sergeant der infanterie at the Ministerie van Defensie. Educational qualifications include a Post-HBO in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from THIM - De Internationale Hogeschool.
