Tim Schnezler currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Fourthline since November 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer (Advocaat) specializing in Corporate M&A at deBreij from March 2021 to November 2023, managing various corporate transactions. Tim’s background also features a tenure at Loyens & Loeff from January 2018 to February 2021, focusing on Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance. A brief internship at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek involved research for a Master's thesis on EU banking regulations. Tim has held positions at Stichting Rechtopjerecht as a Board Member, and completed internships at NautaDutilh, Rabobank, and BinckBank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master’s in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with ongoing studies in U.S. law at Fordham University School of Law.
