Joseph Baylon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and blockchain technology. Currently serving as an L1X HODler at Layer One X since March 2023, Joseph is also involved with Vitruveo and Fourth Star in similar roles focused on fostering decentralized ecosystems. Prior to these positions, Joseph worked as a Software Developer In Test at Mattermost and held leadership roles in QA automation at Glassdoor and Tala. Additionally, Joseph co-founded and led operations at CulverBox and contributed to the QA team at Flipagram. Joseph's career began after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from De La Salle University in 2002.
