Meghan Lopez, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Foursquare Healthcare since June 2021, overseeing operations at Midland Medical Lodge. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Nurses at Ashton Medical Lodge and Director of Clinical Operations at Focused Post Acute Care Partners. Meghan's nursing career began at Fort Worth ISD as a Registered Nurse, followed by positions at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, City of Hurst Police Department, I-20 Animal Medical Center, and Banfield Pet Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration and Nurse Educator’s Certificate from The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Wesleyan University.
